The end to end process to getting your Christmas decorations installed in your restaurant, hotel or bar/pub:
Consultation
We will discuss your requirements for Christmas décor installation for your hospitality space, including how an install can be achieved without disrupting your customers, particularly in this industry where standard out of hours, is actually your prime business time!
Site visit (where required)
In many cases it is beneficial to understand the space we will be dressing, before we put a design proposal together. This is particularly important where the fabric of a building cannot be altered, such as a listed building. Understanding the space allows us to understand how lighting will be powered to how big decorations should be to have an impact without being overpowering.
Free proposal
Our designers will create a proposal based on the consultation, which will include mock-ups of how the design will look when installed, using photos of your exterior and/or interior space.
Fabrication & Manufacture
We have an in-house manufacturing team who can fabricate metal structures for large, bespoke decorations, such as the 10m wreath we created for Pan Pacific London. We can create branded decorations, such as the branded baubles we have created for Porsche, and we can provide garlands in your brand colours if that is your requirement.
Installation
We have experienced installation teams that work around the clock to get your hospitality venue ready for Christmas, with minimal disruption. When paying your deposit, you are able to discuss the best time for installation for your business, and that will be agreed and booked in. You have the certainty of being able to plan around that date, which for hospitality, is one less thing to worry about!
Derig
Once the festivities are over, we can again arrange a convenient time for the Christmas décor to come down. This is usually much quicker than the install.
